1. Course Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered within 24 hours of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • The course has not been substantially completed or accessed (less than 10% progress)
  • The request is made with a valid and genuine technical or content-related reason
  • The refund request complies with our platform guidelines and anti-fraud policies

We strongly encourage users to review course details and watch free previews carefully before enrolling.

2. Non-Refundable Services

To maintain fairness and protect our intellectual property, certain purchases are strictly non-refundable:

  • Courses that have been fully or significantly accessed (more than 10% completion)
  • Special offers, bundles, discounted plans, or promotional purchases
  • Memberships or subscriptions for any billing period already used or partially used

3. Refund Request Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your Transaction ID and a detailed reason for the request.

All requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Access Revocation

Once a refund is approved and processed, access to the related course, membership, or service will be revoked immediately. Any progress or certificates earned will be permanently removed.
